Hi Pete:

I feel a bit puzzled by the pricing of the sale.

You save $200 if you buy one ULS-15, but you only save $100 if you buy 2, (compared to the regular price).

This seems strange to me.

Also please consider, according to market reseach, $1,999 (for dual drive on sale), is supposed to be much more appealing than >$2,000. For example people will notice and consider buying $1,999 much more readily than even $2,049. Also, at $1,999 you would be directly competing with the Seaton Submersive.
PS I already mentioned the sale over at the AVS Forum.

PPS People still want to hear you explain how the Dual Drive compares with the Submersive.

Hey Arthur,

The regular package price of the DualDrive system already has a $400 discount built in to the price, so that is why the single ULS-15 is discounted more in terms of $ amount.

I feel that the DualDrive system can offer some very tangible benefits in terms of smoother frequency response and potentially higher crossover frequency vs a single dual driver subwoofer.

Thanks for responding to my post. I realize that Dr. Hsu has to maintain a sufficient profit margin, (making it impossible to sell the Dual Drive for $1,999). Never the less I decided to share my thoughts with you.

I am glad that the sale is going well. Extending the sale to June 15 gives people more time to make the decision.

Perhaps at a later date, you can have the Dual Drive on sale for $1,999. There must be something to that 99 thing, you see it everywhere. Even though there is only $1 difference between $1,999 and $2,000 people find it easier to handle $1,999.
