Hello,
This is my first post to the Hsu forums and i'm a recent initiate to the Hsu Family. I've been very happy with the speakers (ventriloquist) but the VTF-1 has had some Rattle issues since the day i unboxed it. Unfortunately it's getting worse. I've combed this forum as well as the AVS forums with a fine tooth comb looking for a solution and i've tried all advice given with no solution. I've only owned this sub for under 6 months but it has had this problem since day one. I only waited to post here because a friend of mine turned me on to the VTF-1 and i wanted him to look at it before i came here for a problem with an easy solution. He said i sound like the drivers are bad and that i should send it in for repair. How much will that cost me? How do i go about getting and RMA number, etc, etc?
I wanted to point out the vtf -1 was never pushed past 7 oclock on the volume and has never been misused.
