I just got my new VT-12 and STF-3 speakers and I'm trying to hook them up to a HTR-5790 7.1 receiver. The HTR-5790 has surround back left and right along with presence speakers. You can't use both of these at the same time. So I'm guessing I need to use the surround back left and right. How do I connect the center rear VT-12 speaker to the receiver when it has the option to connect two surround back left and right but not a single rear center speaker? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

From the owners manual:If you only connect one surround back speaker connect it to the left terminals.

If you are referring to the HTR-5790 manual, my page 18 is about connecting other video components. I looked carefully at the manual again and I found the information you posted on page 14. Thanks for the help.
