Man was I excited when the Fedex truck rolled up today! Couldn't wait to open up the box and see this rosenut VTF2.3! Got it all unboxed and the wife even said how good looking it was, and that it matches the built-in AV gear cabinet it will be next to.... :D

But hold on.... There are no feet or power cord in the box!!!

See nothing in life is really free, you have to pay $50 for the feet and power cord (equals non-sale price).

I'M JUST KIDDING!!:) About the extra bux -- the folks down at Hsu central are mailing the stuff out today, but it'll take a couple days to get here...

So I'm bummed -- I have to sit here and look at this beautiful piece of "furniture" until then. Of course, I've been staring at my broken Velodyne for weeks, so I should be used to it

Even rented a movie for tonight... :(

Dan, I just found out that the latest VTF-2 MK3 units have the power cord and spiked feet placed inside the port (behind the port plug), attached with a string to the high level inputs.

Do you see it in there?

Thx

Sincerely,

I think we found that out seconds apart (you 1st of course)!

The nice guy on the phone support called me back and told me where to look -- said you guys had to open a box to find 'em yourselves!

And here I saw the string that goes into the plugged port, and the first time I spoke with support, we both said: nah, they wouldn't put them inside the unit...

Didn't even look...:o

So I'm hooking it up right now and am all:

:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Thanks for the quick response!!
