I'm very interested in the vtf subs but i'm on a tight budget. I was wondering if i'd be better off buying 2 vtf-2's(one now and one later) or just waiting to save the money for 1 vtf-3.
Thanks.

Hsu would be releasing a subwoofer that is somewhat in between the VTF-2 and VTF-3. So you might be able to get away with just one of these:

I think somewhere on this forum, Hsu Research says that one VTF-3 is better than two VTF-2's.

Dr. Hsu says that one VTF-3 is better than two VTF-2s. It has at least the same output as two VTF-2s placed in the same corner, plus you get deeper sound from 18 to 25 Hz than the VTF-2 can not produce loudly.

On the other hand, you might not listen to material that has much to offer below 25 Hz.

thanks all for your input. Guess I'll wait awhile longer and get the VTF-3.
