Obviously I'm not back there behind the couch much, but, with kids and a cat -- things get moved.
I've come to notice that the AC plug on my STF3 is VERY loosey goosey. A light tap and it is no longer fully engaged.
Any suggestions?

Try bending the spades together slightly with a pair of needlenose and see if that gets you a better "grab" when the plug is inserted

Stead of doing that I did something a little less "destructive". I wrapped a strand of black tape around it...that made it alot more snug. Should do the trick.

Even if you wrap black tape around the IEC connector to make a tight fitting, the electrical connection would still be loose, so you are not solving the main problem. Tighten up the U shaped contact on the connector and then wrap up your tape for security.

Please explain how you "tighten the U shaped contact" a little more. Thx.

By bending the prongs slightly like I suggested originally
