I REALLY would like to pull the trigger on a 5.1, HB-1Mk2 + USL15 system....but I don't want to have to deal with ugly "shelf mounts" in the rears to accomodate the HB-1Mk2's.

Pete....
Is HSU working on new rear surround speakers? If so, can you give us a ball- park time frame when they will be available? I'm in a hold pattern right now with my purchase. I really would like to stay with a complete HSU system if possible, but their is no way "the boss" will allow me to hang HB-1Mk2's on brackets in the rear.

PLEASE let me know.

Thanks!

Hi jnc,

Nothing imminent this year in this area...I suppose in a pinch, one can always use a couple VT-254's if they really need something small and easy to wall mount.

Sincerely,

Pete,

Does this mean in the in-walls are not going to be out this fall? I hope that isn't the case because I have been waiting for them to complete my setup for quite a while now.

Brian, I thought that jnc was talking about a bookshelf-type speaker that was easily wall mountable. We have no imminent plans for that, but production for the horn in-wall speakers started several weeks ago, so I expect the horn in-wall speakers to be available for purchase within one or two months. I haven't heard anything concrete though regarding availability.

Thanks Pete.

Can the new wall mounts be used in ceiling? Your thoughts?

Thank you again.
