Can i replace the damage driver"s with the another one from VTF-3 or TN1220 - HO to improve performance?

You will need to get the appropriate driver for the appropriate subwoofer, since drivers are specifically designed to handle various box sizes, port tunings, etc..

Which sub do you plan on putting the driver into?

You can buy replacement 12 inch drivers for $120.
