I am posting my problem with my VTF2.3 to see if anyone else is having similar issues. I sprung the extra $$ for a veneer, but so far it’s bought me problems. The edges of my enclosure are bubbling and wrinkly in appearance. I have attached some photos to try and show what is happening, but it is hard to capture… though very apparent in person. I have notified HSU tech support, but a response was never returned after emailing pictures. I don’t mean to hate on HSU, I am just curious if this is a common problem and if there is a warranty repair option for veneer workmanship. I think I have owned my espresso enthusiast 2 for 8 months to a year now.

That looks rather nasty.
Rather than lost emails its best to first give Hsu a call on 1800 5540150

I'm really not sure what happened here. So far, we haven't had any another VTF-2 MK3/VTF-3 MK3/ULS-15 wood veneer units go bad. There was one customer who had some issues with a VTF-1, but not nearly this bad. We now recommend using only water and a soft cloth to clean the enclosure.
I will send a PM to this customer just to get some clarification...
