Just bought a STF-2, very impressed so far. Have a couple of questions:
- Is the power LED light supposed to be on all the time, even when in the "OFF" position? I expected the LED to go off when OFF, red on standby, and green when ON. Right now, the power LED light does not go off unless I unplug the sub. I read from the FAQ that the standby position consumes 5W of power; that's a bit high for my liking, and I prefer to switch it off to conserve. So is the circuitry really off in the OFF position when the LED is still on? How much power does it consume in OFF position?
- For the Volume Control markings, can someone give me an idea how much db gain does each marking on the STF-2 represent?
