Seismic issues!

I'm the proud owner of a new 1220. What an awesome piece of engineering. Very nice work!

I've set it up on its feet against the front wall. I live in earthquake country and am concerned that it might come crashing down in a 5.0.

Any suggestions for bracing it to the wall? Securing the feet to the floor?

Would it "break" if it fell over?

Two picture hooks and a wire can hold it quite securely against a wall, because if it fell there is a chance it could be damanged. It can also be placed on its side on the floor.
