Hi,

I have an STF 1 and a VT 12. Now, was wondering if I will be able to tuck it in a bag and take it

I know this sounds kinda wierd asking, but any ideas on how I can do this. The package i got from HSU is too big to carry around.

HALP !! Dont wanna burn 500 something bucks on aircraft shipping injuries.

You should call the airport and airline and see what they say, just provide them with the weight and size, and they could probably store it for you on the plane.

I would recommend using bubblewrap inside the first box and an additional outer box for extra protection. It will be over the 50 pounds most airlines use for checked baggage so there will be an additional $50 to $75 dollar charge for overweight baggage. Also use two seperate sets of boxes because you are allowed 2 pieces of checked baggage and you might only have to pay additional $ for the sub box. If both boxes are overweight just duct tape them together and you will only have to pay for one.
