Need help with speakers

let me give you a background on what I am working with first. I just received my panny 58 v10. It will be running with a pio elite vsx 23, ps3 slim and a vtf2-mk3. Now lets get to the speakers part. I just moved and have little cash left over after everything done to my new house. I had a set of the take five energy classics in my bed room before. I am about to buy 2 hb-1 and a hc-1. I will eventually buy more hb-1's to finish but for now I can not. I was wondering if I get the HSu speakers and run the other 4 speakers with the energy's for 7.1.. will everything match ok... if you need anything else to give a correct answer please post.. thanks...

Hi rpresner,

It is just fine to do that. The most important part is your front soundstage, and you will have excellent timbre matching there. We've had several people do something like this with horn speakers up front, and vt-254 ventriloquist satellites in back.
