Axiom, Paradigm, or PSB HT for ~$1500

I have the HO on pre-order and I need to get the rest of the HT speakers. I have listened to some Paradigm Monitors, and PSB Image series bookshelf speakers. I am interested in how they compare to the Axiom's? Anybody able to try some side-by-side? I am looking to getting the most I can (5 upto 7) speakers and "try" to keep the cost to around $1500. I really like the sound of the PSB's. Any input would be great.

Oh yeah, my room is ~2400 sq. ft. Not sure if book shelf speakers are sufficient or whether I need floorstanding speakers. Input welcome again.

I have always liked PSB speakers better, but haven't heard either in years. Sorry.

As far as what type of speakers? As long as they go down to 80 or 70Hz, you should be fine. Look for the most efficient speakers for larger rooms. Hoe this helps.

PS: The sub will take care of the spl :D
