Has anyone had any experience using a vtf2 with vintage ls35a mini monitors? Due to the mid bass hump and unique voicing of the bbc ls35a--whatever the brand-- this speaker is very difficult to synergize with a sub. Any experiences would be appreicated.

The subwoofer will not solve the mid bass hump issue, but it will add more deep bass which should make it sound much better.

If the hump is around the 80 Hz range, it might take some extra volume knob tweeking to get the levels to a point where it sounds right and matches the mean level of the LS3/5a.
