I was planning to buy the Ventriloquist VT-12 system for my HT system. Then I saw the upcoming release of HB-1 Bookshelf Speakers. So my Qns are
- Is there any advantage in using the bookshelf speaker along with VT-12 ? As I understand, the VT-12 is designed to filter the low frequency to center channel. As the bookshelf is designed to handle low frequency this might not be required. So I guess the Ventriloquist Effect switch will be useless.
- I like the horn tweeters, so more inclined towards using the Bookshelf. So what could be the best configuration for center, satelite and rear speakers.
- Or is ok to go with the Vt-12 alone ?
Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
