View Full Version : How hot do you run your sub(s)?

Come on guys fess up, I run my HO w/tubo 5 dB hot and even at reference this thing is not even breaking a sweat. In the past I've also run a single VTF-3 MKII 3dB hot and a dual VTF-3 MKII setup 5dB hot. So how hot do you guys run your subs?

I run my TN1220 3 db "hot" for movies only; for music it is flat.

For music...I run it flat. For movies, I am 3-5dB hot.

Looks like I needed to go about 4-6 hot on mine.

Mine is flat on the Radio Shack meter, so it is a few dB hot.

either flat or 3db hot.

Same here. But I am always making adjustments
