I though I read over at AVS forums that it would possibly be availble this week?
What's the price and will it be a pre-order or ready to ship deal?

Also if I were to use this with a Sub and a Buttkicker, how would I split the signal between all 3?

Thanks,
Looking forward to it.

Well, I hope you saw the new posts. The MBM-12 is now available.

As far as using the the subs with a buttkicker, you may find that when using the MBM-12 next to your seat you may not need the butkicker. However, I would shoot a note over to Hsu at the technical section and see what they say, should not be a problem though.

I never had a buttkicker but I used to have some bass shakers and when I added my STF-3 and placed it behind my seat, I found I did not need the bass shakers anymore.

Give it a try and let us know how it works out.

Check out the thread titled "A New Era for Hsu Research!!! (http://www.hsuresearch.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2381) ".. LOTS of new changes taking place.

We received our MBM-12 tonight. I have been battling the flu and a sinus infection for 5 days now, but finally feel almost human ... which means tomorrow I am going to re-set the system with a single VTF-3 HO/Turbo and the MBM-12. Look for reports Wednsday and Sunday. :)

Now that's what I'm talkin about Craig is the man. Neither rain, sleet, or snow will keep Craig from .... Hold it that's the US Postal Service. Neither flu, sinus infection or feeling "almost" human can keep Craig from testing subs. Ferris Buller you're my hero.:)

Now get up and go test that VTF-3 HO turbo/MBM-12 combo. Craig all kidding aside I hope you feel better.

Thanks, man. I guess if I don't have a report up tomorrow night, I will have to barf up a lung ? :D

My MBM-12 is on the way. Should arrive Monday.

I will be pairing it with and SVS PC-Ultra (don't worry, I'm also loyal to HSU, having an orignal VTF-2 in a game room setup) MBM-12 and 5.0 orb HT setup.

Should just what I need. Since the orbs are great at anything above 100hz or even better at 120hz. I will run the PC-Ultra in semi-maximum extension 16hz mode, 1 plug. Cross it at 50hz, run the MBM-12 from 50 hz to 120hz with the receiver crossover at 120hz. (maybe 100hz)
The PC-ultra is farfield, I guess, about 8 feet away in the front left corner.
Going to place the MBM-12 behind the couch.

I had the Butkicker question because I was thinking of adding one later on down the line, but maybe not now!
