Which speakers to set to Large and which Small?

I have a Panasonic SA-XR25 and HSU VT-12 6 speaker system as well as SVS 25-31CS subwoofer.

Which speakers (front, center, surround) should I set to 'large', which speakers should I set to 'small' and what crossover setting (100, 150, 200) should I use?

Set all the speakers to "Small", and set crossover to 100Hz (or 80Hz if you have that option).

Will like pete said run them at "small",
but if your speaker towers have a decent sub 8" you can run them at full range.
