YA I PAIRED MY NEW VTF3 WITH MY 2 KLIPSCH SUB 10'S AND THEY SOUND AWESOME. I ALSO PUT MY VTF3 BY ITS SELF AND IT BLU ME AWAY IT HITS DEEPER THAN THE KLIPSCH'S BUT ALL 3 MAKE MY HOUSE SHAKE. I HAVE THE KLIPSCH'S IN MY UP RIGHT CORNER AND MY VTF3 ON THE SIDE OF MY COUCH. WITH THE SUB HITTING ON THE SIDE OF COUCH AND MAN U CAN FEEL THE DEEP BASS. IM THINKING OF GETTING A OTHER VTF3 TO REPLACE THE KLIPSCH'S OR SHOULD I USE ALL 4 THAT WAY I DONT HAVE TO PUSH MY VTF3'S THAT HARD? YESTERDAY I WATCHED MASTER AND COMMANDER MAN THOSE CONONS WERE CRAZY:eek: I FELT THE BASS LIKE IF I WAS IN THE MOVIE I LOVE DEEP CLEAN BASS.

That's great to hear Robert, thanks for the update! By all means try out another VTF-3 MK3 with your current -3 MK3 and two Klipsch subs. This should make for a pretty intense experience :)

Sincerely,

Hi Robert,

The turbocharger is an alternative to plugging one port for maximum deep bass extension. Basically it allows one to lower the port tuning without sacrificing port cross-sectional area. This unit is no longer available, but I wouldn't worry too much about it, as the subwoofer is still quite strong without it.
