In this picture, the Ventriloquist satellite seems to be sitting on some kind of a glossy black surface. Could it be some kind of new offering?

That looks like a piano black finish that took a week to put on the cabinet. Looks expensive to me. ;) I wonder what kind of company would go the the expense of making sure that it was a real, Grand Paino piano black (none of that shiny plastic vinyl that comes loose at the edges eventually).
