I was supposed to reveive my VTF-3 MKII yesterday, but UPS didn't deliver it due to "adverse weather conditions" (we had some snow). Today it was delivered :). But when I took it out of the box, there was a gouge on one side of the cabinet :mad: . The vinyl finish has been scraped off right down to the bare material -- and it's on the side that will be visible. Not very happy.

Give the guys a call, they will be more then happy to help. HSU is on the west cost, so they are still there.

My MBM12 arrived yesterday but my wifes Valentines Day gift got delayed by 'exception - adverse weather conditions" in Philly.

Ha I know how you feel. An expensive piece of china was delivered to my house yesterday, for my wife on valentines day. It was broken into about 20 pieces !! :eek: The box had FRAGILE!! all over it. Oh well. As you can guess, Vday didn't turn out like I had hoped. haha.
