Receiver suggestions for Hsu Sub & Speakers

HI All,

I am about to order the Enthusiast 1 package but I need to get a receiver first.
I was considering getting the Onkyo 608, but it seems like it wont ship until May. I dont want to wait any longer and wanted to see what you all might recommend in its place.


My budget is capped at about $500.

Any thoughts?

Hi timezone, welcome to the forum!

I would look at brands such as Onkyo (507/607/608/etc), Pioneer (VSX-1019AH), Denon, Yamaha, etc.
