VTF-2 amp shot?

My sub is roughly 6 yrs old and has been great. Recently it started just humming and buzzing. I haven't brought the sub anywhere different to see if it is my receiver causing the issue or the sub. If it is the sub/amp, is it possible to just replace the amp on the back of the sub? How and where would I find a replacement?

Hi Jason,

When the buzzing/humming starts, if you disconnect the rca cable from the subwoofer amplifier, do you still hear the noise? If so, then your amp will definitely be in need of some servicing.
