Hey Manu,

Placing the ULS near the main speakers is just fine. Just try to avoid placing the ULS near any CRT TV or computer hard drive.

Those pics are super small, do you have any larger ones? :)

Thanks

Sincerely,

i just edit 2 pics in my previous post  and pls check pm i have sent u regarding uls 15 calibration (that my previous subs including vtf2 mk3 ) that when i dail all other subs to 10'clock avr mic set sub level to like -6db or even sometimes -8db but with uls 15 when first i set it to 10'clock avr set its level to like +0.5db and when i dail it to like 12'oclock its now near -7db mmmm is my sub fine coz on other subs 10'clock is very high for me but for uls 15 1o'oclock is quiet low volume and 12'0clock has same impact as opposed to other subs
please reply asap i'm scared

I responded to your question on AVS but you didn't see it. This is what I said:

The amps on the two models are different. Continue to adjust the ULS-15 gain up or down until the AVR reads 0 or -1 -2 after calibration. It looks like 10:00 is real close to being optimal on your sub. I have mine set between 10:30-11:00 and my AVR is at -1. Relax and enjoy.

thanks bro its a biiiiiiiiig relief man  so -1db on ur sub is set by automatic calibration or u set it manual in avr and bro i like my sub to set at 12o'clock and avr is at -7db it gives me more punch

bro my mains are too near at -7db same as of sub so it gives me nice punch and better blending coz b4 when sub is at 10'oclock and +o.5db sub sound thin and small so i guess i'm fine now

thanks again bro biiiiiig hug man

Well, I guess you do not know me very well but I have 4 subs. A ULS-15 DUAL DRIVE and two Velodynes. Therefore I do not have to run my subs hot. But you should at least try my suggestion and turn down the sub volume gain on the sub so that the auto calibration is closer to -1. You then would have a better dynamic range.

But if you like the way you have it setup now that is also OK.
