Here you go, Pete. At your direction I sent this amp for service to the original mfr in Illinois about four years ago - I don't have that contact info. I would appreciate knowing who can service it again from you.

Hi Riley,

According to Dr. Hsu, you can use a 2 ampere slow blow fuse (or at least something very close to that value).
