I had ordered an Ultimate package awhile back in Maple. I had gotten the Turbo along with it. Due to the finish, some items came in on different dates. I had a slight billing issue along with this. I can now say that I am the very happy owner of all of my speakers. The FedEx truck was there when I came home with my center channel. I have bugged the support for awhile now. I now have my complete system setup and all my bills correct. I want to say thanks to HSU for a great product and support along the way.:D
