Hi Pete,

I have a VTF-1 which is fabulous and the best sub for the buck out there! High-end sub without the high-end inflated price.
I'm seriously thinking of replacing my main speakers down the road a bit and judging by the quality of my sub, I am wondering if there is any chance that you will be offering tower/floor-standing speakers in the near future?

Hi Anubisrocks,

No immediate plans to release a tower speaker. We feel that a pair of bookshelf speakers plus one or two nice true subwoofers is the most cost-effective route.

Sincerely,

I'm oldschool and I have not heard any bookshelf speakers that can really sing without being too high or distinctive, however I have not heard your bookshelfs in controlled testing yet, so if they are anything like your subs I may find them to be a treat.
I like floor standing or tower speakers, but if I am ever in the market for bookshelves I will look to HSU over all others.

Oh, I just noticed you have surround speakers! I am thinking of upgrading mine down the road. I currently have a pair of $30 KLH cheapos I got 10 years ago from BestBuy. They are ok, but I question them. A pair of HSUs has to be a step up at least.

One thing you can always do is to use two HB-1 MK2 on top of two MBM-12 MK2. That would make for a very impressive combo that would be more powerful in the mid/upper bass than most tower speakers. :)
