Thanks....just what I need. Are you happy with the VFT2mk3?

Very happy. I was loving it the whole time and wanted to see if I could get an even better sound . I moved it from under the desk and put it on a wall in the open with the ports facing the wall (3 inches) and it is even tighter. This is a great sub and will easily fill a room that it is rated to fill.

Max ext or max out mode?

I have been running mine in max ext mode since I listen to a lot of music. Mostly Jazz
