Spherical Enclosure

Spherical Enclosure: Anybody even try to do something like this? A sphere is the ideal pressure vessel. I'm sure the added cost of manufacturing will be rediculously higher than the benefits. We know some insane people will spend money to squeeze out the last drop. Just a thought.

I asked about that a while ago for it to be the next phase in non-resonant & minimal standing wave enclosure. Cost would be quite expensive unless you are building one 5 ft across. Cost could be lowered if the giant ball is made out of paper machete.

Another thing that could be done is to make a wrap around port. It could encircle the sphere a few times to create a really long tube.
