what receiver specs should I look at?

I am shopping for a new receiver that will go with a VT-12 VTF2-MK3 combination. What receiver specs should I pay attention to? A plasma TV and PS3 are other gear in the set up.

Just make sure to get one of the newer receivers that has support for the latest and greatest high def audio formats (DTS HD and Dolby True HD). Look for a receiver that is less than 125w per channel, as you don't want to overpower the Ventriloquist speakers. Some good brands to look at include Onkyo, Pioneer, Denon, Yamaha, etc.
