VTF-2 MK 3 = Turbo eligible?

Just wondering if the VTF-2 MK 3 is Turbo eligible? Can it be purchased separately later if I wanted to add some T-U-R-B-O to it later?

I'm about to jump on this sub or the Valor by Epik, but I prefer HSU b/c of the customer service and quick response times, but I really need to get the facts straight.

I think Craig had to use something extra underneath the turbo (a 1/2" thick pad?) so that it would work properly. Even so, there is still the issue that the turbo is 2" wider than the -2 Mk3. A much cleaner solution would be to sell the -2 Mk3 and get a -3 Mk3.
