Hi all. I'm considering the purchase of a HSU sub but I have the following constraints: 1. I need to keep the costs down 2. The sub will be in a 5000 C.F. room adjacent to my bedroom, so I don't want one that will knock me out of bed while the rest of the family watches a movie!

What would be the minimum sub suggested for this room. It could be placed in a corner. I currently have no sub and my my speakers are NHT Super Ones, Super Center and Zeros (rears).

Thanks for any help, Ray

Hi Ray,

With that size room, I would opt for VTF-3 Mk3 if possible. You might even be able to get away with using a VTF-2 Mk3, assuming that budget is super tight. Try to position the subwoofer close to your listening position.

Sincerely,
