Today someone asked if we offered Hsu T-Shirts, so I created this shop (http://www.cafeshops.com/hsusubs) that sells Official Hsu T-Shirts. Enjoy!

How many different variations of the Hsu logo are there? Every different model I see, it is something different.

I'm not really sure how many there have been. The logo at the top of the page is still the official badge on the products, and has been for at least one and a half years. The logo on the shirts is just a design that Dr. Hsu didn't like too much, but he though it still looked better than the current official logo/badge on the shirts. I will make some shirts today that have hsu research written out without the decorative fonts.

Yup...that was me that asked about the t-shirts. I bought a t-shirt and hat. Free advertising for you guys.
Sasha, if you want to sell higher quality stuff like polos, denim shirts, etc. I have a friend in that business that can help.

I've seen the hsu in the ellipse logo, plain italic "Hsu Research" lettering, wording contained in a rectangle with big tall "HSU" above the word "Research"
With these new accesories and the latest logo, does it imply the company's name is "Hsu" instead of Hsu Research?
Where's the "Powered by Hsu" or "Hsu Certified" wall plaque? :)

cschang,
I'll be contacting you about your friend. Thanks for being our first T-Shirt customer :)
Lwang,
Yeah, there have been a lot of them. Someone should do a chronology showing how it has changed. From the information I have gathered, it started with plain lettering. Then someone drew a box around the plain lettering and emphasized the HSU part. Then someone changed the box to a circle and removed the "Research" part. That circle also became the badge found on the actual products. So far, that is the one that has stayed.

Sasha....I will proudly wear my shirt and hat. I also suggest including the website address on the t-shirts.
If it is OK, what is the best way for my friend to contact you?

sasha,
i hope you guys can come up with a HSU plaque just like what Lwang mentioned. It will be an added advertisment from your good company.

I created a few products that have the "Powered By.." added. These include a medium sized table box, tile coaster, the wall clock, and a flying disk. They didn't have any wall plaques available, but I've attatched an image which can be printed out and put into a frame. You should open the picture up in Microsoft Word (or Photoshop) and make it the correct size for printing, as it is a large image. You can find the products in the store that is located here (http://www.cafeshops.com/cp/store.aspx?s=hsusubs)

So is this going to be the new logo? Trademarked?

It's not the official logo. If anybody has any critiques, I could revise the T-Shirt logo though. The "True Subwoofers" part is a trademark, though.

For what its worth...I like it. I think it adds a little more modern character to the logo/name.
I think you should add the website address to the design.
