Sorry to use the forum for this but I was hoping for quick response from HSU.
The main audience is HSU.
So disappointed with Fed Ex.
Fed Ex had placed my order on the wrong truck thus causing it NOT to be delivered today.
Per tracking they are re shipping the unit on next business day Monday (02/04/08). Unfortunately I am gone for the whole next 2 weeks.
I will not be back in town til 02/15/08. The package is signature required and no one will be home. Even if no signature is required the package
should NOT be left on my front door for 2 weeks.
I had called Fed Ex and requested that I can go to their location and pick the unit up on Saturday or Sunday; but they are close on both of those days.
I am left with no/little options. Is there a way that you can contact them to deliver it Saturday or Sunday? This option might not even available to you but it's a try.
Fed Ex says they will return it to you if they have to hold it for more than a week. I was really hoping to get the unit in.
I was hoping they do not return it to you guys.
