I listen to a lot of music/concert DVDs and one thing that is obvious is that bass levels vary a LOT from disc to disc. Some sound as if there is way too much bass and others make me want to crank the knob way up.
I've pretty much gotten the sub level where I want it for most, but there still are extremes. I ended up setting it by ear to a concert I was pretty sure of the level of, mainly just below what would give me a headache. ;)
Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips or tricks they have used in these situations?
