Hi n2siast,
That's a good size room (4480 ft^3) and with the 20 ft ceilings I'd think you would want a VTF-3 MK3 w/ turbo or VTF-3 HO w/o turbo. With the high ceilings it sounds like this is a great room so you may want to include more specific details like if it has a sloping ceiling, etc.
Also, depending on flooring material and furnishings you may want to go with the HO w/turbo.
It looks like Pete from HSU has been away from the board for a few days but hopefully he can confirm or correct my advise when he gets back.
Hope this Helps,
Ken

Yeah, for a bigger room, it might also be worth considering adding an MBM-12 in there, depending on your budget.

I agree with others on the 3 3 or HO Turbo. My room is 25x15x8 sloping to 12 feet ceiling for a 4300cf room with a large opening on 1 end.
I bought the 3 3 2 weeks ago and definately preasurizes the room, I just received the turbo yesterday and so far I would say the turbo smooths the base out and to my ears improves the mid-bass.
I would hold off and see if the MBM-12 is really needed. If you order before 30 days after buying the 3 3 or HO you get $50 off.
You can not go wrong with HSU products. Excellent customer service and support.
