HI,
If there is a need for warranty service (I have the extended warranty also), do I need to ship the sub to HSU and also in the original carton or will there be a local service center (i'm in memphis, tn).
I am thinking of discarding the craton and the styrofoam, since I dont have enough space to save them.
Thanks.

I do not speak for Dr. Hsu or anyone else at HSU, however, I am almost positive there are no local service centers anywhere in the the USA. In most cases, parts are shipped to you and HSU will walk you through doing the replacements yourself.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
None of the Internet Direct subwoofer companies can afford to maintain contracts with local service centers.

Hi tipton,
In almost all cases, if any repair is needed, then one would only need to send only the amplifier or driver back to us, rather than the entire enclosure. We have no local service centers, as everything is serviced out of our facility in Southern California.
Sincerely,
tipton
