FedEx Tracking Email

Hi,

I placed an order on Friday evening for a VTF-3 MK3 and have not received an email with a FedEx confirmation number. The site says the next day, but maybe it's really longer - anyone have any thoughts? It does say to call, but wanted to give a few days in case they are backed up. Thanks in advance.

Hi Tom,

A FedEx tracking number is supposed to be sent automatically via email by FedEx, but once in a while people don't get it for whatever reason (spam filter, etc).

Check your PM...

...not to worry - FedEx has a much lower failure (damage) rate than our friends at UPS....

I have speakers traveling from Florida TO Los Angeles...and at the same time, I have some incoming from San Diego TO Florida - both sets of FedEx tracking numbers take a 3 days break in reporting updates, as they are "on an 18 wheeler headed to the main terminal nearest you".....

The 3 sub boxes I have received from HSU using Fedex have been in excellent shape and look like they came straight from HSU as if I had picked them up myself.

The sub arrived yesterday - thanks for all the input! First impressions are this thing is great! Have not had a chance to play too much with it, but what I've heard so far has been very impressive. Pete - thanks for your help with this!
