Thanks in advance.
Look here:

The friction from the base-speaker will not let them move...

Good selection here:

http://www.racksandstands.com/

But watch out for their return policy. You pay shipping both ways plus 10% restocking if you want to return anything. They shipped from SoCal but have to be returned to Massachusetts. $54 total shipping charges.

If you're in Northern CA I have a brand new pair of VTI UF29B stands (black) if you're interested. Return policy doesn't make it worth returning.

PM if interested.

Thanks for the suggestions. Are these speakers threaded on the back? How about the bottom?

The HB-1's do not have any threaded inserts. I would use either double stick foam or non-skid padding.

I think that the Sanus 31" worked perfect. These are what I have and work perfect. The only bad thing is that they bring some small triangle pads for vibrations that I have to use a extra glue (Krazy Glue) to paste it. Everything else is fine. :D

I picked up the Sanus 28 stands but have a question. I've never had stands that don't have a way of securing the speakers from being knocked off. With this stand do you just put the speaker on it and that's it?

Thanks,
JM

Sure, for security purpose, these stands comes with some sticky pads. Just paste them on the top of the stands and its done. The sticky pads helps for vibrating and keeps the speaker on the same position.

Double-sided tape will work very well when securing the speaker to a stand...
