A few pictures of the setup

I know the quality is not very good but I only had about 25 seconds to take these pictures.

I ended up moving the sub from behind the couch up front into the right corner - sounds better then before but haven't used my SPL meter yet.

Yes the room is kind of ""live"" but what are you going to do?
