Just noticed on the products page that the VTF-3 MKII's are in stock? and the pre-order price is gone. Does this mean that I'll be getting my pre-order this weeK...YEE-HAAA!!!!!

Just got my Fed EX notice for Feb 9. Can't be happier even though the wife's gonna kill me! LOL!

Yes, according to an e-mail I received from the good Dr, they were received on Friday and should ship this week.

Our first container load is going to fullfill the backorders for cutsomers that want the black matte finish...there are many backorders. The Orders department is telling me that it seems we will only have five left after we fullfill the backorders, if that.

The second shipment of VTF-3 MK 2s will come next month.

That means we can satisfy the current backorder, but future buyers will face a backorder until March, unfortunately.

So hopefully, my Jan27 order will make the cut in this first shipment?
That would be really nice.

Well, I'll answer myself - just received my Fedex notice for Jan 9.

I just got the Fedex tracking info for my vtf3-mk2, and needless to say, I'm VERY VERY VERY excited!!!!!! :) (it will arrive on Monday)

I'm probably buying the receiver tomorrow, if I can get a good deal from abt (will try to talk them down from 799->650 for a Yamaha rx-v1400, as I have heard other succeeded in this..)

Have we become so lazy that we can no longer even type? So if the power button on the remote quits do you stop watching television?

This link works as typed!

Apparently "copy and paste" is too technical a term for some people.

I think you are assuming an awfull lot about laziness. Do you walk to work as I do, do you drive a manual tranny car or a lazy automatic, do you use elevators. It is quite rude and presumptuous to call someone lazy, when you have no clue about that person.

Generally when a link is blue it just needs to be clicked on - there was no mention of copy and paste. The blue hypertext does not work, yes cutting and pasting isn't a problem either. I think we need to relax a little bit fellas.

Now maybe you ment it in a joking way, in which case one of these might help convey your meaning. :)

doesn't matter anyway, I picked it up for 650 at abt. They gave me that pricing right away when I said I wanted a good price!

Sorry Dudley - it was all "Tongue in cheek" didn't mean to get anyone really worked up about it. Mostly just an observation! :)

And yes, I do take the stairs every morning to my office on the 5th floor!
