I only had about 45 minutes for listening... but they are a darn good sub... Listened to the whole DVD Audio of 2 against Nature...

Great source material. I have all the Dan DVDAs available. Nightfly is outstanding as well. The tracks are not quite as dense as the newer stuff and I think they kept the 48 original. It was so good there was no need to remaster - just remix.
Keep It going!

It sounds like more DVD-Audio from S/D... The funny thing... In 1978, I bought my college dorm speakers based on AJA... a pair of Cerwin Vegas, when they were real wood, Dhorm Tweeters, an Eq'd bass... flat to 28 hz... and sounded good...

All driven by a Marantz 3600 pre-amp and 510M power...nostaglia...

I know this is the Hsu site... but the sound of both the pair 0f VTF-3/2's and the pb2 + is nothing short of fantastic...

You definatly have my interest. My mk2 is still 72hrs away. Great to hear you'll do a single night.
I remember AJA quite well. Destroyed 2 albums from playing it over and over. Missed out on the CVs. I think I had Heil or something weird with SAE stuff. Didn't care at the time. Vinyl - Wow!
BTW , an insider tells me that AJA will be the next DVDA remaster unless the new studio stuff gets done soon. Another Elliot Scheiner jewel coming our way.

From Ess... a real classic !... and Sae... Some of the guys from SAE later became the guys from ATI... who also made the original Outlaw Audio Amp.. not sure if they make the newer Outlaw stuff...

We did the first blind test tonight to the opening scene from Gladiator... Damn these are two good sub set ups...

And not knowing which one you are hearing is wierd... makes you really pay attention...

Tonight, "B" (whichever that is) won by a thread... a bit more visceral, deep, and palpable...

Tomorrow Afternoon, Titan Ae... and hopefully, we will try the two against Nature...
