When i dit a test tone today and the test tone sends a very low frequency is it normal when the sub is going low and very deep and if its about half way volume the sub rattles a bit it makes very slight noise like if there are some coins shaking is that because the sub is going loud and deep and the hsu frame vibrates and it rattles a bit. The coin noise is not a high one its a minor one.

Are you absolutely sure it is the sub that is making the noise?

If so, call Hsu Monday morning. The sub should be as solid as a rock and many times people don't realize that it is somethingelse that is rattling.

Did you calibrate? If you run any sub to hot -- bottoming it out sounds horrid.

Definately easy to calibrate by ear and be very hot.
