I recently purchased an vtf3 mk3 sub and am thinking of suitable placement for it. I have about 22 inches of horizontal (x-axis )space in the left corner of my room. The left corner wall has a window. The rear side of that corner has another window. I intend to place my newly purchased vtf3 mk3 in that corner. Basically I would have the side firing woofer facing my left Tower speaker with the audio rack in between the sub and the left tower speaker. Would this be a good placement for the sub? Placing the sub behind the couch is ruled out as I have my HT setup in the family room and running wires all over the place is not an option.

Also I have searched all over and am unable to see any close up pics of the sides and rear of the vtf3 mk3 sub. Even the owner's guide online has nothing.
Can someone please provide a link to a gallery for the vtf3 mk3 sub?

Thanks.

I have my 3 3 in left corner with windows on either corner but have about 3' from each corner to window to dry wall. Works very well. It does not seam to matter SPL wise if the driver is facing into or out of the wall. I have even tried with sub pointing stright out of corner and have same SPL. Just leave 2 inches of space for the driver and 4" for the rear ports.

Here are some of the pictures you are looking for.
