Hi, I just wanted to thank the Tech Support Guys/Gals over at HSU. I had a Problem sometime ago with my Sub Bottoming out I called tech support and they fixed it somewhat. I must have went back in and reset the Settings.

A few months Ltr I am Watching Serenity and Notice Alot of Bottoming out So I call Tech Support to Find out if the Sub is Defective well turned out I had my Settings All wrong (This is my 1st Real Sub). I had mentioned what Reciever I was using they said they needed to get the Manual and look it over and they said they will call me back in 5 minutes.

I 1st Thought I will NOT here from them again or it will be days b4 they call back or just plain forget about me. Well to my Surprise they called back in 5 mins. as they said they would. I had gotten my Problem resolved the Sub Never Sounded Better.

THNX for the Help and to any Newbies do Not hesitate to call tech support to get Setup Correctly. I was really Dissapointed with the Subs Performance turns out it was NOT the Sub but my Settings where all wrong ;)

I have the VTF-1 Sub. Not a Bad Sub but had I known I am a Bass Junkie I would of went with the MK3 ;)

I am thinking of getting a ULS-15!!

Your Most Welcome.. I would also like to point out that I have researched some subs and been to a few Places, ie Magnolia at Best Buy and HiFi House and the VTF-1 just blows ALL those Subs they had away.

The Bass rumbles the house in movies. the More expensive House Subs just cant Compete. I priced a Sub at 1200 bucks and the VTF at half the price just Blows it away in Sound and Price. It also sounds Great in music Especially DVD-A/SACD Disks almost live sounding!!

I have Ordered Saint Saens Organ symphony, SACD Multi Channel after hearing it on the Test Disk, I just had to hear this especially after getting my Sub Recalibrated and it Even Held up pretty good with Saint Saens 16HZ Range..
