The good news is that a new shipment has arrived, and a second shipment is coming friday :D The vast majority of backorders will be fullfilled in the next few days and early next week.

However, because of the extreme demand for the VTF-3 MK 2, a few of the recent orders will not go out for several more weeks. New orders are estimated to have a 3-4 week lag time.

For those that prefer not to wait, the high gloss finish and rosewood finished models are available for a little more, as well as the TN-1220/ 500 watt combo.

I got a mail saying if you ordered before March 10, your order is being shipped! Congrats, I have to wait until the April 4th shipment. They also said orders from prior to the 14th may also go out with this shipment depending on cancellations.

I just got an e-mail from FedEx saying my sub will be shipped tomorrow and it should be here April 1st! YEAY! Joe :D :D :D

About 90% of the backorder will go out by early next week. Just because it hasn't been shipped yet, doesn't mean it won't early next week.

Subwoofer hooked up and performs as advertised. Definately a quantum leap forward from what I had previously. Only thing is it didn't come with a bass demo cd. I rechecked the box and stuffings twice but still no cd. Shasha am I right in thinking there is supposed to be one? Help?

When I got my VTF-3, the bass CD was inside the shipping envelope taped to the outside of the box.

You should have received a CD in the little packet on the outside of the box, along with the invoice. The track listing is here:

Y'all are right, there it is on the outside of the box. Thanks so much. And to anyone who's waffling on a purchase I defy anyone to find a better subwoofer for $700. The more I tweak, the more I'm amazed. Well done HSU!

Has the estimated April 4th VTF3 shipment arrived? If so, do you have a guess for what "ordered by date" back orders will be filled?

I made a Back-order on 4th may and until now, no e-mail except the "confirmation-order mail". :confused:

I ordered two (2) VTF3s on March 04 and have not heard a word from HSU research or a movie explosion from my missing speakers yet! I move in to my new house next week and would really love to have them by then. I hope, I hope, I hope!

The loads are coming regularly, but sometimes the shipments get caught in customs. This happened with the last shipment, and with the current shipment, which adds to the delay some people are experiencing. We are still estimating an average wait time of 3-4 weeks. I just want to let people know that "I'm listening".

I got an email from Fed Ex an hour after posting. There's an 82 pound package heading my way. woo hoo! I ordered mine on March 16th.
