Hey guys, I have a 2001 Toyota Highlander with the JBL system that sounds great but just lacks in the lows. Upon asking one of my audiophile friends what I can do to get some good lows and tight responsive bass he recommended HSU and thier ASW-1203 Car Subwoofer. Now of course this made me think of some questions.
1. I have awalys hated when someone pulls up by you at a red light with thier terrible loose "booming" subs. Is the ASW-1203 quite a responsive but still deep sounding sub?
2. I listen to all kinds of music and value the acoustics, be it some hard pumping techno or smooth jazz. Would this sub be capable of producing that deep pounding bass from techno to "wow" your friends and then playing some smooth jazz and hearing all of the lows?
3. As people always think, "bigger is better" so two subs must be better than one. Would getting two of these subs be worth it?
