My friend states that getting a 2chan amp is much better than a mono amp. He says that with the 2chan amp the sub would work some what like a speaker and I would hear not only lows from it but also some "lower-mids" as opposed to only hearing the lows with a mono amp.
I was planning on getting a JL audio 500/1 to drive 2 of the ASW-1203s. Should I stick with that or is what he is saying ture and switching to a 2chan amp would improve the sound? :confused: .
