VTF -15H out of the box & no sound

Just hooked up my new VTF -15H to my Onkyo 5008 the led is on and green but no sound. I hooked up an old polk sub and got a signal during the test tones.
Could it be anything other than the sub itself?

Hi moe,

I just responded to your email. I suspect that the internal speaker wire came loose. Check to make sure that the speaker wire is snug internally on the both the driver and amplifier end.
